What is your return/exchange policy?

Made-to-measure suitings are final sale due to the customization and personal preferences on each order.
We will gladly accept your request for return on our ready to wear line of suitings within 14 days from the purchase date. All returns must be in its original condition as well as packaging with all tags attached.

Am I able to/how do I cancel a made to measure fitting?

Yes, you can cancel and reschedule your made-to-measure fitting for another time slot that coincides better with your schedule.  Kindly contact customer care for assistance
**please note that all MTM fittings/appointments cancellations must be submitted at least 48hrs before your scheduled fitting to avoid a $250.00 cancellation fee.

How can I check the status of my order?

Updates regarding your order will automatically be sent to you by your Made-To-Measure specialist via email.  If at any moment you would like a status update, please feel free to contact either your MTM specialist or customer care for the most up to date details regarding your order.

How long does it take to receive my MTM order?

It typically takes an estimated 6-7 weeks from your order date to receive your MTM garment. We do offer a rush service which takes an estimated 3 weeks from your order date and incurs an additional fee of 20% based on your order.

Do Ralph Behk suits have a warranty?

Yes. Here at Ralph Behk we stand behind our product and brand. In the event that your suit suffers from a manufacturing defect or is in need of TLC. Please contact us, we will send you a shipping label and fine tune your garment complimentary.

** Please note this warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and irregular situations.  This warranty does not apply to normal "wear and tear" or any "negligence".Your garment will be examined upon arrival to determine the cause and need for repair.  You will be contacted by a customer care representative notifying you on the status of your return.

Does Ralph Behk ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide.  Our MTM service is international and requests for fittings can be made at any time through our site.
