We offer complimentary standard ground shipping via federal express on all US orders.Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.  An authorized signature is required upon delivery to ensure your item has been safely delivered to you.

We also offer express shipping, prices are stated below:
Express 2 day shipping is an additional $25
Overnight shipping is an additional $40

International shipping
To our international clientele, we offer shipping worldwide.  Shipping costs vary, kindly contact a customer care associate for details and exact pricing.

RETURN &
Exchange

MTM:
All made to measure garments are customized and personalized to the clients preference and are therefore not eligible for a refund.  This order and service is sales final.

Off the rack/ready to wear:
We will gladly accept your request for a return on all Ralph Behk off the rack garments.
Items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days from delivery date and must be in its original condition; unworn, original packaging and all tags attached. Kindly Contact customer care to begin processing your return.
Please understand that under no circumstances will we be able to accept a return on soiled, damaged or worn/used items. In the event that your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect please contact customer care as soon as possible so we can make note of the situation to avoid any complications later on.
